HighTree is Hiring a RN Program Coordinator Near Wellsville, NY
Highland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing is currently accepting applications for an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team!
Salary: $30- $35 per hour
As the Program Coordinator you will be responsible to:
- Assess each applicant for admission to the program.
- Coordinate all services of adult day health care with nursing home.
- Schedule adequate staff to provide safe care for registrants.
- Hire, discipline, evaluate, all staff.
- Arrange inpatient and/or other services for registrants no longer able to participate in the program.
- Develop and revise all policies and procedures for program, in conjunction with nursing home.
- Assist staff RN with completion of comprehensive care plans.
- Promote teamwork, individualized care, respect and professionalism.
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and general interest in work.
Job Requirements:
- RN License required
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse with community agency or in a long term care setting
- Minimum one year management/supervisory experience
- Received the COVID-19 vaccination is a must
